Hike a bit of Lantau, Hong Kong's largest island. Nature, views, and some exercise. End with dinner or drinks (at your own expense) in Discovery Bay.

About The Event
This is a 7 km hike, 300 m altitude climb. 2 1/2 hours. There is option for a slightly harder or easier variant. Meet at Central Ferry Pier Number 3. Ride together on the ferry to Discovery Bay, and hike to Mui Wo past a monastery and some small villages. Take a small ferry from Mui Wo back to Discovery Bay.
Wear: athletic shoes, hat, hiking attire.
Bring: bottled water (can buy at ferry pier), snacks (can buy at pier), tissues (can buy at pier), sunscreen and bug spray as needed.
You can buy supplies in Mui Wo and Discovery Bay. Dinner (self-pay) in Discovery Bay.
