So Lo Pun and Plover Cove (provisional)

Some of the more-remote villages in Hong Kong were fully or partially abandoned by residents , usually during industrialization in post-1945 era, leaving the jungle to takeover. Outing may last 6 or more hours and is appropriate for fit walkers. Total distance: 18 km. Altitude gain: less than 200 meters. Wear hiking shoes and hiking attire. Bring bug spray, sunscreen, hat, water, and snacks. This will be a private hike with a hired guide. Hikers will be asked to contribute to the cost of the guide and transportation.
